Supply vs Demand Capacity Curve

Aggregate monthly hours available (Supply) against total project hours allocated (Demand).

Utilisation by Filter/Pivot

Average utilisation (%) grouped by your selected attribute.

Chargeability by Filter/Pivot

Average chargeability (%) grouped by your selected attribute.

Total Hours by Filter/Pivot

Sum of allocated hours grouped by your selected attribute.

Top Over-allocated Resources

Active resources exceeding 100% capacity in the selected year.

Who's on Leave

Active resources on leave this week/month and next week/month.

Capacity & Staffing Breakdown

Staffing pool capacity, FTE breakdown, and resource statistics.

0% < 50% 50% - 89% 90% - 100% > 100%
0% < 50% 50% - Target Target - 100%
0h <= 20h 21h - 40h 41h - 80h > 80h

Upload Float Export

Import monthly or weekly resource allocations by day/week from Float XLSX/CSV files.

Drag & Drop Float File here

or click to browse from files

Accepts standard .xlsx and .csv files containing weekly allocations.
Last import: None recorded

Import Rules & Conflict Logic

  • Month calculations: weekly allocations are summed into months based on the week start dates.
  • Float row overwriting: new import will replace old "Resource (via Float)" allocations for the dates included.
  • Direct entry rows: manual allocations are preserved but flagged if a conflict is found.

No file uploaded yet

Upload a Float XLSX file to view the allocations, conflict analysis, and confirm import.

Western Australian Public Holidays

Manage non-working days for capacity and networkdays calculations.

Holiday Name Date (WA Format) Actions

Planner Variables and Constants

Define global settings used in monthly capacity and calculations.

Default is 8 hours. Used to calculate dynamic monthly capacity (business working days * standard daily hours).
Default target chargeability for internal resources (default: 85%).
Default target chargeability for delivery partner resources (default: 100%).

Database Backup & Export

Export the complete planner database to a backup file (.a2a) or import an existing backup.

Export Database

Download the entire planner configuration, including resources, allocations, settings, pipeline, and lookups into a single .a2a file.

Import Database

Restore the planner database from a previously exported .a2a backup file. This will overwrite the current database.

Nuclear Option

Permanently delete the database for this project code. This action cannot be undone and will purge all resources, allocations, and settings.

CSV Data Import / Export & Templates

Resource Pool

Import, export or download the template for the master list of all planning resources.

Roles Lookup

Import or export the standard roles dictionary. Importing can append new roles or overwrite existing ones.

Locations Lookup

Import or export the system planning locations. CSV files should list one location per line.

Data Sovereignty

This evaluation environment is deployed as an isolated, single-tenant instance dedicated exclusively to Western Power. No data entered or uploaded here is shared, aggregated, or accessible by any external third party.

Data Storage

Uploaded Float allocations and project pipelines are stored locally using flat-file encryption within this instance's isolated runtime directory.

Data Deletion

Upon conclusion of the 30-day evaluation period, if an enterprise internal migration license is not established, all uploaded Western Power datasets will be permanently purged from the sandbox server within 48 hours.
